Col. Elger V. Grams of Upland, NE has just returned from Las Vegas, Nevada, where he
successfully completed the course in personal property appraisal at the Certified Appraiser
guild of America.

He received his certification along with men and women appraisers from throughout the
United States and Canada.

The concentrated course is conducted by the Certified Appraisers Guild of America. The
Certified Appraisers Guild of America is North America's largest trainer of personal property
appraisers. The training included lectures and workshops featuring prominent appraisers
from throughout America.

Subjects covered included the appraisal of antiques, farm, livestock, and business properties.
The course also included the requirements for valuing estates, bankruptcy, insurance, divorce
and providing expert testimony in court.
